Therefore, the <br /> proper inspections were not made. As a result, this facility is currently out of <br /> compliance. <br /> Immediately take out a permit for the work conducted. A representative from this <br /> department shall make the proper inspections so that the status of this facility can be <br /> brought back into compliance. A copy of the permit application is attached.
