Installation and testing of these <br /> parts were witnessed by an EHD inspector at that time. The parts were a FE Petro 91 <br /> product turbine relay and a VMI 99 LD2000 line leak detector. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution <br /> Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all <br /> of the following: <br /> a. One of several permissible valid,current contractor's licenses issued by <br /> the Contractors State License Board(may be issued to the installation <br /> company), and <br /> b. A valid,current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by <br /> the International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s)of the <br /> component(s)being tested, repaired, or serviced, and <br />
