The <br /> application has been approved with the following conditions. <br /> 1. All appointments shall be made 48 hours in advance. <br /> 2. The installer must be adequately trained as evidenced by a certificate of <br /> training issued by the tank and piping manufacturers. Personnel on site must <br /> have the appropriate certificates available for inspection. <br /> 3. Total Containment Omniflex piping (Model CP1502) can be used for primary <br /> piping, and has UL approval for this use. Total Containment Omniflex piping <br /> (Model CPS150) secondary piping can be used as a secondary containment <br /> system, and has UL approval, if the following conditions of approval can be <br /> met: <br /> A. Piping must be installed so that it is sloped so that all releases will flow <br /> to a collection sump located at the low point of the underground piping. <br /> CCR, Title 23, Section 2636 (c). <br /> B. Secondary containment system must pass a minimum 5 psi pressure <br /> test for 30 minutes prior to covering piping trench. <br /> C. Primary and secondary containment system must pass a tightness test <br /> upon completion of final covering including all cement work.
