Because the piping is flexible and may move in the back fill due to <br /> changes in pressure in the line, and because this may cause abrasion of <br /> the secondary, secondary piping must be tested every two years <br /> hydrostatically, or other approved method, if it is to placed directly in the <br /> back fill. If the piping is placed in the protective containment tubing <br /> provided by Total Containment, no additional secondary pipe testing will <br /> be required. <br /> E. All piping installed within San Joaquin County must bear the UL label <br /> approval statement shown below, which was provided by Total <br /> Containment for this approval. Failure to have the proper label on each <br /> piece of pipe will be grounds for disapproval. <br /> Underwriters Laboratories Inc. Listed Nonmetallic secondary <br /> containment piping system for underground piping for petroleum <br /> products, alcohols-gasoline mixtures use with models FC1500 and <br /> FC1501 Fitting. <br /> Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in the rejection of use <br /> of the product for use. This approval can be rescinded at anytime for cause. <br /> 6. State Water Resources Control Board form "C" shall be submitted after the <br /> installation is complete. <br /> 7. A tank integrity test shall be conducted after the tanks are installed and the <br /> facility is operational. <br /> 8.
