Box 1601, Oxnard, CA 93032 <br />Facility is an operating retail gasoline station with three <br />double wall fiberglass storage tanks installed new in 1988. <br />Capacities are 10,000 each. Product piping is double contained <br />2" fiberglass installed in 1988. Piping is equipped with Red <br />Jacket piston inline leak detectors. Current and past materials <br />stored are motor fuel gasoline. <br />The system consists of <br />A. New double wall fiberglass storage tanks <br />B. Double contained product piping <br />C. Owens-Corning electronic liquid head pressure monitor for <br />storage tanks <br />D. Overspill protection boxes <br />E. Inline piping leak detectors <br />F. Daily inventory reconciliation <br />Q#U'060131 2*A#1$j3#10j*'4 <br />The storage tanks are equipped with a hydrostatic monitor which <br />works on the principle of liquid head pressure® An electronic <br />control panel for continuous electronic monitoring is available <br />in two configurations, an audible warning bell and a visual alarm <br />light® This system is to be visually inspected by the on site <br />manager on a daily basis® In addition, each shift will visually <br />scan the monitor for alarms® If an alarm is noted the tank <br />system will be shut down® The on duty employee will notify <br />the area manager® The area manager will dispatch a <br />repair/maintenance contractor to investigate the alarm® The <br />system is tested on an annual maintenance schedule by an <br />authorized equipment contractor. <br />
