REPORTING PROCEDURES Sep z <br />Within 24 hours of a detected release the local age WAV <br />of San Joaquin Health District, and State Office of VWarES <br />Services, shall be notified. Within five (5) working days a <br />report in written form as outlined by regulations from CWRCB <br />subchapters 2651 and 2652 will be made with a copy to the local <br />regulatory agency. <br />The primary responsibility for leak detection is with the on si <br />manager of the facility with regular follow up from supervisory <br />personnel. Inventory confirmation and audits are made by outsil <br />personnel on a monthly basis. The on site facility manager <br />is required to monitor the underground storage tanks, maintain <br />proper records and implement reporting procedures including but <br />not limited to daily inventory controls. I <br />Inventory reconciliation is incorporated into the daily record <br />keeping (form enclosed) and open to inspection. In addition, <br />inventory data will be used to produce inventory records using <br />State approved form (enclosed). Copies will be retained with <br />records and available at the facility for inspection. <br />The owner will comply with construction and leak detection <br />standards as outlined in the state tank regulations as well <br />as other requirements of the local administrating authority as <br />applicable. <br />114 ti" -4 z <br />A. Emergency Procedures <br />Stop flow of material, remove all sources of ignition, <br />contain spill using sand or absorbent materials.
