b. Corrosion protection on the diesel fill riser. <br />c. Verify that the spill buckets hold a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a <br />60 minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. Proper drainage or <br />removal must also be verified. <br />d. Verify functionality of diesel annular sensor. <br />7. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former <br />Form C) for the Diesel tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />8. This permit expires 90 days from the approval date. <br />9. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work.
