All USTs shall be equipped with a spill <br />container that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that allows drainage of the collected spill into <br />the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. The service technician changed the adapter <br />and cap, like for like, and the 89 product spill container passed the one hour hydrostatic test. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility cashier on the day of inspection (1/25/17). The report was <br />amended by the Environmental Health Department (EHD); Item 314 was removed and Item 313 was added to <br />the inspection report. The amended report replaces the initial report. Complete and submit a copy of the <br />Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that <br />have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the <br />amended inspection report. <br />Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br />documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br />Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer (if <br />applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
