The 89 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall <br />be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br />detector, retested it, and it passed. CORRECTED. <br />313. The 89 -octane spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br />capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br />The technician onsite evaluated the spill container, replaced the existing fill tube cap, and retested it with <br />passing results. CORRECTED. <br />MINOR -Notice to Comply: 113 <br />113. Several new designated operators conducted the following designated operator inspections: <br />Benjamin Webb on 4-8-2014, William Culp on 5-6-2014, and "Former Employee ID" (no actual name <br />only the designated operator signature was included) on 6-3-2014. No notification was not provided to <br />the EHD within 30 days of the change.
