The service technician was Reuben Gallindo (ICC expiration date: April 12, 2015), who had the following manufacturer's certifications: VMI- October 21, 2015 and FF -February 26, 2016. Was not able to witness the entire monitoring system certification due to another scheduled afternoon inspection; verified monitoring system functionality and witnessed the spill container testing, however, was not able to verify the removal of the observed liquid, proper sensor placement or tagging of the monitoring equipment.
