Provided facility check list of violation. <br />Providing written violations on 03/15/13. <br />#311. The 91 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. The technician adjusted the line leak <br />detector six times but it still failed. The 91 had a gasket from the check valve rubber flat round gasket <br />jammed inside the leak detector. In addition, its black rubber ring gasket at the top of the line leak <br />detector is missing. All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 <br />psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br />#311. The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. The 87 line leak detector was <br />adjusted once. All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br />The service technician adjusted the leak detector, retested it, and it passed. <br />#305. The Bravo box float and chain in the Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) 7/8 north float and <br />UDC 1/2 north float sump failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring <br />equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the <br />dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician adjusted the chains and verified functionality. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />Inspector.
