French Camp 95231 Mr. Ng, Several things real quick, I realize that this is getting to you a little late in getting to you, I will have to take a little bit of the blame as I had told Ryan Vanpool that I would help him with as much as I could, but then I was in the hospital for an unexpected illness that has put me behind in a lot of my work, I do appoligize for this. Since you were at this site, I have put the UST book in a shelf mounted to the wall next to the monitoring panel to be reached easier for anyone who might come out, however I was surprised that they did not know or were unable to get for you as almost everyone there knows where it is. Enclosed in this packet is most of what you had asked for, except for the financial responsibility which I reminded Ryan again that I cannot do this and told him to get it to their auditor and to you as soon as possible, The other two Items are the current facility and tank forms, one I have almost got done and just needs to be signed by Ryan and the other the underground storage tank page 1, 1 am having a hard time finding several bits of information and not sure where I am going to get it, I will probably be calling you for a little help or advise as to how to locate what I cant find. You will find the people who have been trained at the facility on the UST monthly inspection forms on the second page on the august forms, as they were trained late July and Ryan was trained but is on the September form. I think that covers everything, I will get the last to forms to you by Tuesday or Wednesday or I will be calling for help, If you need to reach me for anything that we did wrong or any reason at all please call at anytime.
