All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible <br /> and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The technician cleaned the float <br /> and retested with passing results. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump on the south west side and in the 91 STP sump on the south west and north <br /> east side. If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and <br /> disposed of properly. The service technician removed 1/2 gallon of liquid from the 87 STP and 91 STP sumps. <br /> Ensure that all sumps and annular spaces are maintained free of liquid. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II, <br /> 318 CCR 2636(f)(2) Leak detector failed to detect a 3.0 gph leak at 10 psi. <br /> The 87 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a <br /> 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The leak detector was replaced and retested during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit <br /> Verification with Inspector Already Onsite”form has been completed and provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
