The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br />procedures, unless required to I obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 264 1 (h) CCR. <br />Facility Name STOCKTON AASF <br />Facility Address 2000 STIMSON ROAD, STOCKTON, CA 95206 <br />1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br />Note: If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or explosion <br />hazard, are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorate the <br />secondary containment, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division must be notified <br />within 24 hours: <br />Small releases/si3ills of JP -8 will be cleaned_uR by on-site Rersonnel utilizing absorbent pads and <br />clan material. <br />1Lrge releases causing ponding in containment area) will be pumped out by contracted licensed <br />contractors <br />2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly disposing of <br />any hazardous substances: <br />JP -8 soaked absorbent pads /clay will be evacuated to the hazardous waste area and contracted for <br />removal. JP -8 pumped into contracted hazardous waste trucks will be evacuated to T$DF. <br />3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 above; <br />Absorbent pads/c1gy are located on the fuel island on the marked cabinet and on the spill re§ponse <br />cart located in the uti1ijy shed. <br />4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment: <br />Cleanup equipment will be inspected for completeness and serviceability each quarter. <br />5. List the name(s) and title(s) of -the person(s) responsible for authorizing any work necessary under <br />the response plan: <br />SFC LANCE — EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br />CW2 DOBBERPUT-IL -ALTERNATE COORDINATOR <br />
