so <br />ij <br />Stockton Army Aviation / page 2 <br />2000 Stimson Rd., Stockton. <br />You are hereby directed to complete the UST closure requirements (collect the <br />missing soil samples from below the concrete slab in the former UST pit). <br />Additionally PHS-EHD directs you submit a work plan to delineate the soil <br />contamination in and under the southeast area of the concrete slab. A groundwater <br />sample is required from this area. The sample is to be analyzed for all petroleum <br />constituents known to be in the UST during its use at this facility. <br />The UST soil sample work may be included in the contamination investigation. The work <br />plan is to be submitted to PHS-EHD by September 29, 2000. <br />You may contact Michael J.
