All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 5. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval. If an extension to the expiration date <br /> is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date. <br /> Note: The work was completed on October 21, 2012, while the permit application was mailed <br /> via Fedex on October 24, 2012 and received by EHD on October 25, 2012. Please be aware <br /> that EHD requires a permit application be submitted within one business day of any emergency <br /> repair.
