On 10/21/12 SSS <br /> Tech Myke Briggs discovered an "H-8 Comm error" on the TLS-350 following a power <br /> outage at the site. He replaced the lithium battery. He then cold started the system to get <br /> the monitoring system fully operational and conducted a successful monitoring system <br /> certification. <br /> If you need any additional information or have any questions,please let me know as soon <br /> as possible. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to me at the address below.
