Certification/Registration shall remain in effect until <br />March 31, 1995, unless revoked. This certificate is subject to an annual fee as <br />prescribed by Section 1017(a), Health and Safety Code, on the anniversary date of <br />the certificate. <br />Please note that your laboratory in required to notify the Environmental Laboratory <br />Accreditation Program of any major changes in the laboratory such as the transfer <br />of ownership, laboratory director, change in location, or structural alterations <br />which may affect adversely the quality Of analyses (Section 1014(b), California <br />Health & Safety Code). <br />Until the new regulations pertaining to environmental laboratories are adopted the <br />existing regulations pertaining to drinking water and hazardous waste testing <br />laboratories (California Code of Regulations, Title 22, sections 64481-64499 and <br />67602-67606) will remain in effect to the extent that they are not superseded by the <br />provisions of the Act. <br />Your continued cooperation is essential to establish a reputation for the high <br />quality of the data produced by environmental laboratories certified by I the State <br />of California. <br />if you have additional questions, please contact Mr. William Ray At (510) 540-2800. <br />Sincerely, <br />George C.
