Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br />addendums supercede the previous ones. <br />3. At least one person who is certified as an ICC UST Installer/Retrofitter must be onsite at <br />all times when work is performed on any portion of the UST System. <br />4. The remote fill pipe has been abandoned from the fill end, but not at the tank end. <br />Determine the length of pipe that still remains and abandon by grouting or removal. A <br />detailed description of work performed shall be submitted for approval by this office <br />prior to commencing work. <br />5. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br />a. Abandonment of remote fill pipe. <br />6.
