From January 19, 2011 through end of February 2011, a representative of SSR Group Inc was <br />monitoring the UST daily as they were in negotiation with Savernart Management to lease the property. <br />Some time between February 23 and February 25, 2011, facility had loss approximately 553 gallons <br />worth of petroleum products. On February 23, each tank had an inventory report printout: Tank 1 <br />Unleaded: 584 gallons, Tank 2 Premium: 589 gallons, Tank 3 Racing: 592 gallons. On February 25, <br />each tank had a lower level inventory report printout: Tank 1 Unleaded: 485 (-99 gallons), Tank 2 <br />Premium: 373 (-216 gallons), Tank 3 Racing: 354 gallons (-238 gallons). This missing/ loss of fuel was <br />not reported to the EHD within 24 hours and a full report was not submitted to the EHID within five <br />working days. There has been noticable change of fuel levels since February 25, 2011. It is unclear if <br />any of the fuel has been release out side of secondary containment. Any release from the primary <br />containment that does not escape the secondary containment and was not cleaned up within eight hours <br />of detection, or any release that escapes the secondary containment shall be reported to the EHD within <br />24 hours and a full report shall be submitted within five working days. The report shall include at least <br />the following information: <br />1. Owners or operators name and telephone number <br />2. List of types, quantities, and concentrations of hazardous substances released <br />3. Approximate date of release <br />4. Date release was discovered <br />5. Date release was stopped <br />6. Description of actions taken to control and stop the release <br />7. Description of corrective and remedial actions <br />8. Methods of clean up implemented to date, and proposed clean up actions with a time schedule <br />9. Method and location of disposal of waste generated from release and clean up. Attach copies of <br />any hazardous waste manifests. <br />10. Description of proposed methods of repair or replacement of primary or secondary containment <br />11. Description of additional actions taken to prevent future releases. <br />Immediately prepare a report with the required information and submit a copy to the EHD. Ensure that <br />any future releases are reported appropriately.
