Approximately one cup of water was removed from the 87 -product STP sump; approximately one quart of water was removed from the 91 -product STP sump; approximately one cup of water was removed from the 91 -product fill sump, and approximately two cups of water were removed from the 89 -product fill sump. if water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation, or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technicians removed the liquid from the sumps. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 319 CCR 2635(b) No spill bucket, failed to contain five gallons, or failed to provide a means to keep it empty. The 91 -product spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or clean up. The spill container was replaced with an OPW spill container P761C-EVRDV and an Underground Storage Tank Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite form was completed by the inspector.
