Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Program <br /> Dear Mr. Snavely: <br /> Enclosed for your review and approval is the Underground Storage Tank (UST) <br /> Monitoring Program for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Site 300. <br /> These USTs are regulated by San Joaquin County according to the monitoring <br /> program regulations of CCR, Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2632. The <br /> tanks are known as 871-D1U2, 875-D1U2, 879-D1U1, 879-G3U1, and 882-D1U1. <br /> The monitoring program for the 871-D1U2, 875-D1U2, and 882-D1U1 tank <br /> systems consists of completed Monitoring Procedures and Emergency Response <br /> Plan forms. These are versions of the forms provided by the County. Included <br /> is the plot plan required by the Monitoring Procedures, and three appendices. <br /> Appendix A is Operator's Monitoring Report form. Appendix B is Training <br /> Documentation for the Monitoring Program for New Underground Storage <br /> Tanks form. Appendix C is Operator's Monitoring Record for Unauthorized <br /> Release form. <br /> The monitoring program for the two Building 879 tanks consists of one <br /> document Monitoring Program for New Underground Storage Tanks 879-G3U1 <br /> and 879-D1 U1. This document includes monitoring procedures, the emergency <br /> response plan, and Appendices A, B, and C.
