All underground portions of the supply pipin& the return piping, and ffie <br /> vent Piping were P'"sunzed with forty to fifty pounds per square inch of air <br /> Pressure for thirty minutes, 7he tests that the supply piping Is leak tight. <br /> The test also showed that the return piping and the vent piping do not hold air <br /> pressure and tberefore are suspected of having leaked diesel fuel during the <br /> operation of the underground system A plan of action for this piping will be <br /> developed after further discussion with Mr. Snavely. <br /> The collection and preparation of samples at the March 11, 1994, closure of 836-DIUI <br /> was witnessed by Bill Snavely of your office.
