The testing will be <br />performed on Tuesday 12/28/04 starting at 8:00am (meet at the S-300 Badge Office). The <br />vendor is Thornton Environmental Construction, Inc. The testing includes the piping sump, the <br />F.O.S. and F.O.R. secondary containment piping, and the annular space. The spill bucket has <br />already been tested. <br />I understand that you are on leave until February and that Dennis Catanyag will most likely be <br />your alternate, therefore I am including him in this notification. Per your previous instructions, <br />in addition to this email, I will fax this confirmation to you both. <br />Mr. Catanyag, if you wish to observe the testing, please notify me as soon as possible so I can <br />make the necessary badging and security escort arrangements.
