You indicated that you did not intend to <br />observe the leak testing but requested a copy of the test results, which I <br />will submit to you as soon as they are available. The testing will be <br />performed on Tuesday 12/28/04 starting at 8:00am (meet at <br />the S-300 Badge Office). The vendor is Thornton Environmental <br />Construction, Inc. The testing includes the piping sump, the F.O.S. and <br />F.O.R. secondary containment piping, and the annular space. The spill <br />bucket has already been tested. <br />I understand that you are on leave until February and that Dennis <br />Catanyag will most likely be your alternate, therefore I am including him in <br />this notification. Per your previous instructions, in addition to this email, I <br />will fax this confirmation to you both. <br />Mr. Catanyag, if you wish to observe the testing, please notify me as <br />soon as possible so I can make the necessary badging and security escort <br />arrangements.
