The tank,located near Building 827, was registered with the State Water Resources Control Board as tank 827-11D and has subsequently been renamed as tank 827-D1U1. It has a capacity of 8,000 gallons and was last tested in June of 1992 and found to be leak-tight. This package includes three copies of the UNDERGROUND TANK CLOSURE PLAN and.a check#047819 in the amount of$234.99 in payment of the fee assessed for reviewing the submitted plan. Included in this Plan are: Closure Plan Application Appendix A: Supplemental Information Appendix B: Figures Appendix C: Precision Tank Test Data Appendix D: Site Health and Safety Plan Guidance Document Appendix E: Material Safety Data Sheets Your timely review and approval by January 25, 1994 is required to expedite closure of the tank system.
