The <br /> tank, located near Building 827, was registered with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board as tank 827-11D and has subsequently been renamed as tank 827-D1U1. It has a <br /> capacity of 8,000 gallons and was last tested in June of 1992 and found to be leak-tight. <br /> This package includes three copies of the UNDERGROUND TANK CLOSURE PLAN <br /> and a check#047819 in the amount of$234.99 in payment of the fee assessed for <br /> reviewing the submitted plan. <br /> Included in this Plan are: <br /> Closure Plan Application <br /> Appendix A: Supplemental Information <br /> Appendix B: Figures <br /> Appendix C: Precision Tank Test Data <br /> Appendix D: Site Health and Safety Plan Guidance Document <br /> Appendix E: Material Safety Data Sheets <br /> Your timely review and approval by January 25, 1994 is required to expedite closure of <br /> the tank system.
