CLOSURE REPORT FOR <br /> UNDERGROUND DIESEL STORAGE TANK <br /> 827-D2U1 <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Location of underground storage tank (UST) 827-D2U1 at Lawrence Livermore National <br /> Laboratory(LLNL): on the south side of Building 827A,Site 300. <br /> The tank supplied diesel fuel to the emergency generator for Building 827A. <br /> The tank was closed because it was scheduled to be replaced by a new 250-gallon aboveground <br /> diesel fuel storage tank. <br /> Date the tank was removed from service: 6/8/94. <br /> Date the tank Closure Plan was submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services on <br /> 12/27/93. <br /> Tank Volume Dimensions Construction Date of Contents <br /> (gallons) Installation <br /> 280 36 in. x 46 in. (diesel fuel) Date: 6/10/94. <br /> Final disposition of the tank's content: Evergreen Oil,Inc.
