CLOSURE REPORT FOR UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK 805-DlU1 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLE INFORMATION: <br /> IL <br /> Soil sample collection and handling procedures were in accordance with LLNL Tank <br /> Assessments and Guidance Group Procedure 203,Soil Sampling. <br /> Soil samples were collected by: Marion Heaton and Dave Castro,LLNL Date: 6/22/94 <br /> Sample analyses requested: <br /> From within the excavation (TPH Diesel and BTXE)• and from the excavated soil filland <br /> concrete tank anchoring materials (TPH Diesel; EPA Method 8010/8020 (HVOC/AVO" <br /> Metals by STLC and TTLC; gross alpha & beta. tritium; and Corrosivity, Reactivity, and <br /> Imitabilily (CRI)). Samples collected for disposal options included 1 discrete sample <br /> collected for each 25 yards. <br /> TPH-D:Total Petroleum Hy-drocarho Diesel; BTBenzene.Toluene.xylenes and Ethyl Benzene., <br /> HVOC• EPA Method 8010 for HdlQ=ted Volafik Organic Ca_rbm& AVOC• EPA Method 8020 for Aromatic Vol 'I Organic <br /> Carbons. 5=: Sduble Threshold Limit Concentration.•=:To 1 Threshold Limit Concentration. <br /> Name and address of analytical laboratory: California Laboratory Services 3249 Fitzgerald <br /> Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 Radiological analyses were performed by LLNL <br /> Environmental-Analytical Sciences Lab. <br /> Describe how the tank excavation was secured after soil sample collection: The excavation was <br /> secured by means of barricades and yellow caution construction tape The excavation was <br /> then filled with imported clean fill. <br /> WATER <br /> [X ] Not applicable.
