Verify the static torque of the Adapters by <br />Adapter <br />performing ARB TP201.1B using CNI Mfg. <br />EMCO Wheaton <br />Swivel Torque Test Tool P/N EVRSYS100. <br />A0030-124 <br />2. If the Adapter fails to meet the test <br />A0030 -124S <br />requirements, replace both 0 -rings per <br />manufacturer's instructions in this manual. <br />and <br />Then re -test. <br />NOTE: For A0030-124 use EMCO Wheaton <br />O-ring kit P/N 493995; <br />For the A0030 -124S use EMCO Wheaton O-ring <br />kit P/N 494301. <br />1. Verify the leak tightness integrity of the <br />Annually <br />Adapters while performing ARB TP201.1 C or <br />TP201.1 D on the drop tube(s). <br />2. If the Adapter fails to meet the test <br />requirements, replace both O -rings and/or <br />flat gasket per manufacturer's instructions in <br />this manual. Then re -test. <br />NOTE: For A0030-124 and `S' series use EMCO <br />Wheaton flat gasket kit P/N 409628; <br />See previous NOTE for appropriate EMCO <br />Wheaton O-ring kit part number. <br />2 These maintenance requirements shall not circumvent use of the manufacturer's maintenance instruction. <br />Maintenance contractors or owner/operators shall refer to the complete Installation and Maintenance Instructions <br />found within this document for each manufacturer's component. Ensure that all maintenance and torque <br />requirements are met.
