Follov&g the SSPE' <br />2. Reporting to the PM any ansafe conditions or practices. <br />3 Reporting to the FM all Facts pertaining to incidents which result in it ury. <br />i 4. Report* to the PM safety equipment malfunctions or deficiencies. <br />5. Provk1ing site safely briefings on a daily basis. <br />6. Inspecting all personal protective equipment prior to on-site use. <br />7. Enforcing the, "Buddy System'" as appropriate for site activities. <br />8. Posting the telephone n=hers of local emergency services. <br />9. Posting location and route to the nearest medical facility and amwging transportation. <br />10. Stopping operations that threaten the health and safety of the field team or surrounding <br />populac'e. <br />11. Entering the Exclusion Area in Emergencies after he totifies emergemy services. <br />1-2. Observing field team members far sigm of exposure, stress, or their conditions related to pre. <br />existing physiml condiaons and site *ork activities of the team membem. <br />
