As of today, my <br /> Architectural and Engineering design team is approximately 90% with construction drawings <br /> to be submitted for permit. These drawings incorporate the constructability of an AST <br /> along with the "Closure in Place" of the existing UST. It is my anticipation to have these <br /> documents ready to submit for permit to both SJCEHD and OSHPD by 9/11/09.
