Sheet number F0-(31. Cover Sheet, Site Plan, Notes & &8apS. states "the pipe that <br /> ,cannot be removed shall be triple rinsed and abandon[ed] /n place per the /4HJ <br /> Instructions"' Since some piping may be abandoned in place, a Closure in Place permit <br /> needs to be submitted prior to mobilization on mita. A copy of permit application is <br /> attached to this letter. Applicant shall also submit a written approval from the City or <br /> County Fire Prevention Bureau with jurisdiction allowing the Closure in Place (C|p) prior <br /> to the EHO permit approval. <br /> 2. Sheet number F0-G1. Cover Sheet, Site Plan. Notes & Maps, states "Remove the tee <br /> and as much of the 8GSOCiah9d pipe, that /s associated with the generator day tank <br /> overflow, 88 possible." It is EH[)'s understanding that the proposed underground piping <br /> modification is to disconnect the return line leading from the boiler and not the one <br /> leading from the generator. Please provide clarification, and revise the above quoted <br /> statement to reflect the proposed scope of vv0rh, as appropriate, and submit a revised <br /> sheet number F[)-G1 forEHD'o review and approval. <br /> 3. Sheet Dumber F0-M1.3, Modified Above Ground Fueling Piping Plan (F.O.S/F.O.R <br /> ConnecU0D), illustrates two supply lines ((F) F.0.C. from (F) L/Q7l without @ return line <br /> to the UST. Submit a revised sheet number FO-K81 with the required information. <br />
