Specifications <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OPERATION CENTER <br />7000 N. CANLIS ROAD, FRENCH CAMP, CA 95231 <br />FUELING FACILITY <br />UNDER DISPENSER CONTAINMENT INSTALLATION AND VARIOUS UPGRADES <br />1. <br />Supply drawings sufficient to obtain permits (wet stamp not necessary). <br />2. <br />Apply for and obtain all required permits. <br />3. <br />Furnish and install barricades at entrance and exit of the fueling facility. <br />4. <br />Disconnect plumbing and electrical on two (2) existing suction dispenser/pumps. <br />5. <br />Remove two (2) suction dispenser/pumps for later reinstallation. <br />6. <br />Saw cut and break out concrete island and access area in front of each <br />1 7. <br />dispenser/pump. <br />Excavate to product, electrical and vapor pipes and assist soil sampling of area. <br />-- 8. <br />Collect and analyze soil samples from under dispensers (see exclusions) (need third <br />9. <br />party). <br />Install two (2) under dispenser/pump containment pans. (Provided by County.) <br />10. <br />Provide electrical/plumbing penetrations into dispenser pans as necessary. <br />11. <br />Stub out conduit for future dispenser pan sensors (north across drive slab into planter <br />12. <br />area). <br />Make pan connections and seal with appropriate pipe/electrical containment boots. <br />13. <br />Perform static leak test on dispenser pans and prove piping tightness. <br />14. <br />Saw cut tank slab and remove existing fill buckets. <br />15. <br />Vacuum pea gravel around gasoline and diesel fill buckets. <br />16. <br />Install two (2) EVR fill buckets and one (1) EVR vapor bucket. (Provided by <br />17. <br />County.) <br />Install two (2) positive shut-off drop tubes. (Provided by County.) <br />18. <br />Install PV vent cap on gasoline vent pipe. (Provided by County.) <br />19. <br />Perform static test on each fill and vapor bucket. <br />20. <br />Prepare for pressure decay and dynamic back pressure testing (see exclusion). <br />21. <br />Pour back concrete around new pans and replace concrete removed at drive slab. <br />22. <br />Re -install dispenser/pumps with new double poppet shear valves and union check <br />valves. (Provided by County.) <br />23. Re -connect plumbing, electrical, vapor line and test for immediate operation. <br />24.
