( c.)468-4757 p.5 <br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN FORM <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The informatinn on this monitoring program are <br />conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify (the local acencvl within 30 days of any changes to the <br />monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR <br />Facility Name_ Sheriff's Operations Center and Jail Complex <br />facility Address- 7000 Michael N. Can1i s Blvd., French Camp, CA 95231 <br />1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br />Note: If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or <br />explosion hazard, are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, <br />or deteriorate the secondary containment, the (local agency) must be notified within 24 <br />hours. <br />If an unauthorized release occurs the situation will be assessed <br />immediately, d nort'cetiv� 9s iong ;mph ment�.i aec�rdiug [u l to <br />type of release, extent of the release and the action xe uired. <br />2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br />disposing of any hazardous substances. <br />The proposed method for removin and disposing of any hazardous <br />material would be handled by a certified vendor (names on file) <br />under the direction of the Dist. Maint. & Const. Supt. <br />3. Describe the Iocation and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 above. <br />None 'required , <br />4.
