This warranty is contingent on the rep <br />a r <br />oeing performed by a certified and trained installer using the Bluellne Technologies Installation instructions <br />'Deterioration" for the purpose of this warranty Is defined as significant physical property loss that results in <br />Wrecking, swelling to the point that the seal is compromised, or the general breakdown of the boot. If aleak is <br />caused by MIS type of deterioration it will be considered a product failure and will constitute a legitimate warranty <br />claim. Warranty Replacement parts will be warranted for the period corresponding to the remaining warranty <br />period of the original part. Slight swelling or discoloration will not materially detract from part performance and <br />does not constitute a breach of warranty. In the event a breach of warranty occurs as defined above, Blueline <br />Technologies liability is outlined below. <br />Warranty against Performance Fallure <br />Tnis warranty provides for the replacement of any Blueline boot, reducer, or Insert that has failed, Any part <br />!ailures that were not Installed by a current, trained installer, will not be covered by this warranty. <br />Notification of Claim <br />Tnis Warranty requires that Bluellne Technologies be notified in writing of any claims within fourteen days c; <br />becoming aware of the failure. Claim notifications must Include the site name and address, pictures and details of <br />the falling parts, the name and address of the installing contractors company, and the individual trained instalier <br />wnc carried out the work, Additionally, the date of Installation, and any other pertinent Information requested c <br />? ua:,ne Technologies will need to be provided, Blueline Technologies reserves the right to inspect all reportac <br />cialms Failure to comply constitutes a waiver of all rights under this Warranty. <br />Tnis warranty applies to Blueline Technologies specified repair programs only. <br />Misuse and Force Majeure <br />9'ue!ine Techno.ogles have no obligations under this warranty with respect to products that have been modiiiva <br />or damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling by the Purchaser or Purchaser's customer <br />Damage from fire, structural failure, earthquake and other force ma)eure events are not covered, <br />Unintended Use of Products <br />Blueiine Technoiogies products are intended only for use by Blueline Technologies certified and trained installers <br />and only for the intended uses as described In the corresponding Bluellne Technologies training Manua( from t" <br />Ncvember 2002.
