From:BLUE LINE TECHNO S 530 671 5208 <br />T E C H N 0 l o 0 1 IF 9 <br />O1/ 003 18:11 #289 P.004/005 <br />Warranty Statement <br />Parts Replacement <br />Blueline Technologies LLC warrants that any Bluellne Repair Boot or Reducer will malntaln Its structural <br />Integrity and will not deteriorate under normal exposure to fuels, water, and other environmental conditions <br />present within a sump for a period of 3 years from the date of Installation. This warranty is contingent on the repair <br />being performed by a certified and trained installer using the Bluellne Technologies Installation instructions. <br />"Deierloratlon" for the purpose of this warranty Is defined as significant physical property loss that results In <br />cracking, swelling to the point that the seal is compromised, or the general breakdown of the boot. If a leak Is <br />caused by this type of deterioration it will be considered a product failure and will constitute a legitimate warranty <br />claim. Warranty Replacement parts will be warranted for the period corresponding to the remaining warranty <br />period of the original part. Slight swelling or discoloration will not materlally detract from part performance and <br />does not constitute a breach of warranty, In the event a breach of warranty occurs as defined above, Bluellne <br />Technologies liability Is outlined below. <br />Warranty against Performance Failure <br />This warranty provides for the replacement of any Blueline boot, reducer, or Insert that has failed, Any part <br />failures that were not Installed by a current, trained installer, will not be covered by this warranty. <br />Notlfication of Claim <br />This Warranty requires that Bluellne Technologies be notified in writing of any claims within fourteen days of <br />becoming aware of the failure, Claim notifications must Include the site name and address, pictures and details of <br />the falling parts, the name and address of the installing contractors company, and the individual trained Installer <br />who carried out the work. Additionally, the date of Installation, and any other pertinent Information requested by <br />Blualine Technologies will need to be provided, Blueline Technologies reserves the right to Inspect all reported <br />claims. Failure to comply constitutes a waiver of all rights under this Warranty. <br />This warranty applies to Bluelina Technologies specified repair programs only. <br />Misuse and Force Majeure <br />Blueline Technologies have no obligations under this warranty with respect to products that have been modified <br />or damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling by the Purchaser or Purchaser's customer. <br />Damage from tire, structural failure, earthquake and other force majeure events are not covered, <br />Unintended Use of Products <br />Bluellne Technologies products are intended only for use by Blueline Technologies certlfled and trained installers, <br />and only for the intended uses as described In the corresponding Blueline Technologies training Manual from 1" <br />November 2002.
