Documentation showing corrective action pertaining to alarm condition noted on June 22,
2007, was actually on site in the vehicle maintenance office. It was inadvertently misfiled in the APCD
vapor recovery notebook. Documentation has been correctly filed in USTDO notebook. Copy attached
for your review.
Re: Items#I I & 15. Maintenance personnel have been reminded and understand the requirements
outlined by CCR, Title 23, Section 2630 (D).
"Sensors must be installed and maintained so they are capable of detecting leaks at the earliest possible
opportunity. Typically, this means the sensors must be located at the lowest point within the secondary
containment and the secondary containment must be kept clean and free of liquid(water or product) or
debris at all times."
Additionally, both sump covers have been inspected and adjusted for proper fit to alleviate the problem of
rainwater accumulation.
If you have any questions, please call me at 468-3106.
Attachments: 1.
