Samples must be analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Diesel (TPH-D) <br /> and BTX & E. <br /> 2. Environmental Health Department must witness the soil sampling. Soil samples <br /> must be taken every 20 lineal feet and 2 feet underneath the closed in place <br /> piping/removed piping and into native soil. <br /> 3. The piping that is to be closed in place must be filled with concrete. <br /> 4. Analytical results must be mailed directly from the laboratory and received within <br /> 30 days after sampling. <br /> 5. Provide a copy of the signed off(TSDF)hazardous waste manifest for the <br /> decontamination liquid from the triple rinse of the piping. <br /> 6.
