Slide the cuff reducer up the nut to align the fill port with the nut, <br />` Do not attach the cuff to the replacement nut at this time <br />2. Position the fill port at the top y <br />Once you have the fill port lined up lined up correctly, <br />1. Apply a bead of DBB III all around the outer edges of the cuff on <br />the replacement nut <br />2. Slide the cuff reducer over the cuff & snap in place (with the fill <br />port at top) <br />3. Set the Clamp in position on the cuff reducer & tighten "snugly". <br />Cuff "5nap Ring" ridge <br />Use DBB 111 bonder to <br />bond Cuff Reducer to Cuff <br />fill port at the top <br />i <br />r <br />! 1 Cuff Reducer in place & <br />1 Clamped <br />Step 8: Fill With DBF 11, Install Fill Plug <br />• Assemble DAG & DBF 11 (see assembly & use instructions on <br />the DPM website and in the Technician's Manual). <br />• Purge a maximum of 2 oz. <br />• Fill fitting slowly. <br />• Install fill plug when filling is completed. <br />Clean any spilled DBF 11 with DBC and dispose <br />of remaining products per local requirements. <br />Note: After 1 hour / <br />the repair job may be 1 1 <br />hydrD•static tested <br />Remote Fill Option: <br />The following parts are available to order if you can not <br />properly position the assembled DBF If applicator gun to <br />"fill" the repair.
