• TANK PULL TESTING RESULTS •
Knox's Texaco & Food Mart
633 E. Victor Road
Lodi, California
San Joaquin County
Prepared for.
OIL EQUIPMENT SERVICE
by
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
April 11, 1991
1.0 INTRODUCTION
On April 4, 1991, Oil Equipment Service, under the direct
supervision of Keith Tallia, removed one 2,500 -gallon underground
storage tank from the property located at 633 E. Victor Road in
Lodi, California (Figure 1). The underground tank was discovered
during road improvement activities associated with the
construction of a new commercial/retail building at the site.
The physical appearance of the tank indicated it most likely had
been installed prior to 1941. The tank contained water when it
was discovered. The history of the use of the tank, however, is
unknown.
The final dimensions of the excavation were approximately 9
feet by 16 feet with a total depth of approximately 12 feet
(Figure 2). Charles Hunt of the San Joaquin County Environmental
11 '
CONDOR
