If water <br />is present in the hole, a soil sample will be taken from wall <br />next to side of tank at soil ground water interface plus one <br />water sample from the hole. <br />9. Tank and piping will cleaned prior to removal via triple <br />rinsing with water. The tank will be purged of flammable vapors prior to removal <br />via insertion of dry ice (CO2) in amounts sufficient to either <br />bring to 02 (oxygen) level in tank down below '0 r the LEL <br />to below 20%. A minimum of 15 pounds of dry ice per 1000 <br />gallons of tank capacity shall be used. <br />12.
