Copies of the manifest on which the rinsate and sludge is <br />transported and disposed of on and of the tank and piping <br />disposal certification will be furnished to San Joaquin <br />Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division, <br />within 30 days of removal of same, <br />15. Each tank will have its site identification number painted <br />on it in brightly colored paint immediately after the tank <br />is removed from the ground, <br />16. We agree to reimburse San Joaquin County, Public Health <br />Services, Environmental Health Division for the plan review <br />fees based on an hourly basis.
