Scrubbing will aid the product's <br />effectiveness in emulsifying the hydrocarbon. After the hydrocarbon has t een <br />removed, wipe down the pump surface and dispose of the toweling in any normal <br />manner. (This product may be diluted up to three times.) <br />rr rrr . rr <br />The best available technology for this method is the hydrocarbon mitigatia i product <br />FM 186-2-2. <br />Mix FM 186-2-2 with water (hot when available). It may be diluted up to 3:1. <br />Sponge or mop the areas to be cleaned with the solution. Reuse the solutio :n until <br />dirty and dispose of all cleaning solutions and any rinse water in the sanita 7y sewer. <br />Always dispose of spent solution according to federal, state and local law; <br />Page 7 <br />
