INVENTORY RECONCILIATION <br />INVENTORY MEASUREMENT METHOD MANUAL X ELECTRONIC <br />ELECTRONIC INVENTORY EQUIPMENT AT THIS FACILITY IS: CEI 3000 <br />Daily product inventory reconciliation will'be completed by the Chevron <br />Dealer at the facility. <br />1) Approved meters for tank inputs and withdrawals in <br />accordance with CCR Title 4, Chapter 9, Subchapter 1 <br />Tolerance and Specifications for Commercial weighing and <br />measuring devices. <br />2) Inventory reconciliation "exceeding a variation of 1.0 <br />percent of the monthly tank delivery plus 130 gallons must <br />be investigated in accordance with this section." <br />3) The inventory will be reconciled monthly by the dealer, and: <br />Should inventory reconciliation indicate a loss greater than <br />specified, the investigative steps outlined in California Code of <br />Regulations, Title 23 Waters, Subchapter 16 Underground Tank <br />Regulations, Article 4, Section 2646(k), will be implemented. <br />4) Annually the dealer will submit the attached inventory <br />certification form to the local agency. <br />4 <br />
