Production Consolidation of Red Thread TM IIA <br />and DualoyTM Primary Fittings <br />In February 2013, NOV Fiber Glass Systems announced <br />our combined product Listing with Underwriters <br />Laboratories (UL) for all primary system components <br />of both Red Thread IIA and Dualoy products. This <br />has allowed us to begin a product consolidation effort <br />that will enhance our product lines and provide greater <br />value to our customers. The first step in this effort is to <br />consolidate production for some of our primary fittings. <br />The following Red Thread IIA products may now be <br />supplied out of our Burkburnett, TX facility in lieu of <br />fittings previously supplied for Dualoy orders: <br />• 2" Bell x Male Adapter <br />• 2" Bell x Female Adapter <br />• 2" Coupling (beginning in November) <br />• 3" Coupling (beginning in December) <br />CCT -13 '/r `! <br />MS <br />ENVIRONMENTAL. <br />HFAI.TH n=.aOTAAMIT <br />As a result of this production consolidation, we are in the process of reconciling differences in box quantities so that <br />our customers are minimally affected.
