Failing to have Monitoring Plan approved by the local agency,in violation of <br /> 18 California Code of Regulations,title 23,section 2632(b); <br /> 19 h. Failing to have Response Plan approved by the local agency,in violation of <br /> 20 California Code of Regulations,title 23,section 2632(d)(2); <br /> 21 I. Failing to perform annual monitoring certification of monitoring equipment,in <br /> 22 violation of California Code of Regulations,title 23,section 2638(a); <br /> 23 j. Failing to perform annual spill containment structure testing, in violation of <br /> 24 Health and Safety Code,section 25284,2; <br /> 25 k. Failing to obtain a permit from the local agency before repairing an <br /> 26 underground storage tank system, in violation of California Code of Regulations,title 23,section <br /> 27 2661. <br /> 28 4.
