The water that was in the diesel <br />sump has been withdrawn and wiped dry. The materials that I used to dry the sump have <br />been put into hazardous waste containers. <br />I emailed you this same letter a couple of weeks ago right after the monitoring test with a <br />picture showing the dry sump.
