Defendants, in the course of defendant's GASOLINE SALES/MINI-MART activities, <br />are pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 25280 et seq., hereby permanently enjoined from: <br />a. Failing to complete monitoring and maintenance records on a daily basis, in <br />violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2712(b)• <br />b. Failing to maintain product tight primary containment, in violation of <br />California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2631(a); <br />c. Failing to analyze and properly dispose of liquid from the secondary <br />IIcontainment, in violation of Health and Safety Code, section 25291(e); <br />d. Failing to submit statement identifying Designated Operator, in violation of <br />II California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2715(a); <br />e. Failing to attach an alarm history to the Designated Operator report each <br />Imonth, in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2715(c); <br />f. Failing to have facility employees trained by the Designated Operator, in <br />violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2715(f)• <br />g. Failing to have Monitoring Plan approved by the local agency, in violation of <br />California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2632(b); <br />h. Failing to have Response Plan approved by the local agency, in violation of <br />California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2632(d)(2); <br />1. Failing to perform annual monitoring certification of monitoring equipment, in <br />violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23, section 2638(a); <br />j. Failing to perform annual spill containment structure testing, in violation of <br />Health and Safety Code, section 25284.2; <br />k. Failing to obtain a permit from the local agency before repairing an <br />underground storage tank system, in violation of California Code of Regulations, title 23, section <br />2661. <br />4.
