Gerado Acuna, Environmental Compliance for <br /> Chevron, was made aware that all time spent today is chargeable at EHD hourly rate ($122). <br /> While the technician was performing fail safe the monitoring panel would not start up again. After <br /> several attempt and help from Veeder Root the start up was unsuccessful.
